Should Big Pharma Pay Poor Countries For Finding New Diseases?

 My simple take on this is those that are in charge of African affairs should negotiate this with the Pharma in an open way that benefits to the citizens of the continent before they start collecting data or use as guinea pig. The old ways should be gone with no excuse will are better knowledgable now just like everybody else.
